I want to create a free account + -
To create an account on our site and benefit from access to free content, follow these simple steps:
1. Access the “My account” section:
Click on the “My Account” tab located in the menu at the top of each page of our site.
2. Fill in your personal information :
You will be asked to complete a form with the personal information necessary to create your account as well as the password of your choice.
Your personal account will allow you to: :
Watch videos of the programs you are registered for.
Plan and consult your consultation schedule online, past and future.
Manage your subscriptions.
Edit or add a payment method.
Update your personal information or change your password.
Download your payment receipts.
Join our Vicitra ambassador program.
I would like to register for a program + -
1. Select the program of your choice :
Browse our programs and click on the one you would like to enroll in.
2. Prepare your payment method :
Make sure you have a bank card on hand, as well as the authentication system (often a code received by SMS) set up by your bank to secure your online purchases.
3. Finalize your registration :
Follow the instructions to complete your registration. A registration confirmation will be sent to you by email. Be sure to use a valid and easily accessible email address to avoid any inconvenience.
⚠️ When you register for a program, we will automatically create an account in your name. This account will allow you to access the videos of the program to which you are registered. It will also allow you to manage your subscriptions and your personal information (see section “I would like to create a free account”).
I would like to access my payment receipt + -
To view and download your payment receipts:
1. Log in to your account :
Access the "My Account" section located in the menu at the top of each page of our site.
2. Find your receipts :
In your personal space, navigate to the section dedicated to transactions or payments. Here you will find the complete history of your payment receipts.
You can view your payment receipts and download them at any time.
I want to update my payment method + -
Follow these simple steps to update your payment information:
1. Log in to Your Account
Go to the “My account” section, accessible from the main menu located at the top of each page of our site.
2. Access your Payment Options
In your personal space, navigate to the section dedicated to managing your payment methods. Here you have the possibility to add a new payment method, modify the information of an existing method, or delete a payment option that you no longer use.
Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid any interruptions in access to our services and programs.

I want to reactivate an expired subscription + -
To reactivate an expired subscription, follow these quick and easy steps:
1. Log in to your account :
Click on "My account" in the main menu at the top of each page to access your personal space.
2. Access the “My account” section of your account :
In your account, select the "My account" tab then go to the "My orders" section and finally the "Manage My programs & My subscriptions" table.
Find the subscription you want to reactivate and click on the “Renew” button.

To manage or cancel your subscription, follow these quick and easy steps:
1. Log in to your account :
Click on "My account" in the main menu at the top of each page to access your personal space.
2. Access the “My account” section of your account :
In your account, select the "My account" tab then go to the "My orders" section and finally to the "Manage My programs & My subscriptions" table.
Find the subscription you want to cancel and click the cancel button.
