Acute Suffering
In this phase, it involves treating acute suffering such as joint blockages, osteoarthritis attacks or lumbago. Rest is favored to allow the body to recover naturally.
Alleviation of Suffering
At this stage, the suffering subsides, but the person remains fragile. Gently, we begin to work the painful area with postures specifically chosen to create micro-movements. This marks the beginning of a return to freedom of movement.
Return to Ease
At this stage, the person no longer suffers and has regained some ease in movement. She is ready to return to her daily and professional activities. This phase focuses on "reeducation" where postures are chosen to correct the cause of the problem, thus preparing for main postures which reinforce this correction.
Muscle Strengthening
In this last stage, the person is rested and rebalanced, ready to begin muscle strengthening. The practice requires more endurance and specifically targets the weakened area. This phase aims to consolidate healing and strengthen the affected area.
