These sessions are offered online and live. They are accessible to everyone and are guided by voice. Your webcam allows the teacher to adapt to your physical and breathing rhythm while giving you certain instructions if necessary.
During the course, you have access to the drawings of the sessions on your screen. This additional support is a help for some and a security of having access to all the instructions for the practice. Process of a session
Each session lasts 60 minutes. The teacher open it room online practice session approximately 10 minutes before the start of the course. From this point on, you can log into the online classroom, turn on your webcam and set up your mat.
Five minutes before beginning of the session, the teacher turns on his webcam and is available to chat with you before class through the chat box.
At the end of the session, YOU will have the possibility to change with the teacher if you feel the need.
