These sessions are offered online and live. They are accessible to everyone and are guided by voice. Your webcam allows the teacher to adapt to your physical and breathing rhythm while giving you certain instructions if necessary.
During the course, you have access to the drawings of the sessions on your screen. This additional support is a help for some and a security of having access to all the instructions for practice. This gives you the comfort and opportunity to follow this online course in the best conditions to experience a real moment of centering beyond the physical and physiological benefits of the practice. To ensure your privacy during the sessions, we have chosen a platform that does not allow practitioners to see each other during the sessions.
Practical physical :
Our Back Yoga sessions are intended for people with fragile backs. That is to say that all the postures proposed during the session are respectful of the tensions accumulated in the spine, lumbar or even cervical areas by provoking these areas as little as possible. The postures are therefore mainly done on the ground, possibly aided by cushions, bricks, straps and chairs.
Practical respiratory:
During your Back Yoga sessions, as in any Yoga practice at Vicitra, we will do what is necessary to get you to practice according to very concrete, very simple breathing benchmarks which, if practiced seriously, will move you into a connection with yourself, cleansing and mental calming.

Equipment And environment
To participate in the sessions of Yoga Back, you will have need a Yoga mat and a strap, this can easily be replaced by a belt or a scarf. We also recommend that you have a cushion next to you as well as a chair or any other support that allows you to avoid sitting on the floor (edge of bed, sofa, etc.).
In addition, these sessions being practiced online, he you will need to have a computer, tablet or mobile phone as well as an Internet connection. If your internet network is not of good quality, we recommend that you do not turn on your webcam during the course.
To fully benefit from the benefits of your session of Yoga Dos, we invite you to practice in as quiet and isolated a place as possible and to ensure that you are not interrupted throughout the duration of your class.
Process of a session
Each session lasts 60 minutes. The teacher open it room online practice session approximately 10 minutes before the start of the course. From this point on, you can log into the online classroom, turn on your webcam and set up your mat.
Five minutes before beginning of the session, the teacher turns on his webcam and is available to chat with you before class through the chat box.
At the end of the session, YOU will have the possibility to change with the teacher if you feel the need.
