The exercises are really good
I had chronic pain in my back, my shoulders, flattened discs in my lumbar region, I had pain in my Achilles heel... I had been having trouble walking for two years. After my consultation with Marc and Philippe, I started practicing my daily 20-minute session of breathing, stretching, some postures… After 3 weeks, I no longer felt any discomfort. The exercises do a lot of good. When the pain disappears, we want to continue. It's part of our day, like brushing our teeth or making coffee. It's natural.
These lower back pains are behind me
Even as a teenager, I suffered from regular lumbago. In my forties, I had sciatica which progressed to become completely debilitating. To the point where I couldn’t drive or work – I’m a doctor. The suffering was almost constant. I experienced a medical wandering of several months, until meeting a physiotherapist who followed the Mézières method. He had me do stretching, core training and deep breathing. Then I discovered yoga and Yoga therapy from Vicitra which are in the same line as this method. In 2-3 weeks of effort, I was able to return to work, get back to sleep and even start surfing again. I then practiced yoga therapy as Marc suggests. I maintain my daily session to strengthen my back. These lower back pains are behind me.
Thanks to his care, she was able to walk again
Disabled by fibromyalgia, Patricia was in a wheelchair when she met Philippe Pire. Thanks to his care, she was able to walk again and find a job, but she continued to suffer enormously. Then she came to a course and benefited from an adapted session of yoga therapy and started practicing it daily. As a teacher, I see more and more people around me who benefit from your teachings and from this simple and accessible practice that you offer in yoga therapy. The techniques are accessible and require "just" a little effort and discipline (a daily practice for 15 minutes - much less time than what we spend on the networks, right?). The developments are obvious, profound, stunning and moving.
I can not do without it
"To try it is to adopt it" !! since my internship in Ardèche in July 2023 I have committed to Marc for his teaching and I can no longer do without it. From the morning, my energy is fluid thanks to stretching postures which take me 10 minutes or to an online session which realigns me completely (I have had a hip prosthesis since 2019) Thank you to you and your team.
I really see the difference
The advantage of the yoga therapy sessions offered is that they are both “tailor-made” and very short: 10, 15 minutes. After 3 weeks of daily practice, I really see the difference. I regain freedom of movement. I really recommend it.

It's a makeover
Due to intensive sports practice (weightlifting, running, skiing), I was completely broken at 40 years old. I then did yoga, tai chi, qi gong for 20 years to regain the flexibility of my body. In vain. And there, after 3 days of classes, by combining deep breathing and simple postures, my body frees itself. It's a makeover.
I no longer have back pain
I have been practicing morning and evening for a few weeks and I no longer have back pain… at all! It works very very well. I also passed this on to those around me and the results are exceptional.

Results after 15 days
Yoga therapy as taught by Marc is small, simple movements, with a particular intention to set. After 15 days of practice, I already had results. Today, I get up in the morning like a young girl.

When I do a week of vinyassa yoga, my body reacts with aches. With yoga as Vicitra offers it, my body reacts with calm. Mental calm too. A calm that seeped into me through the diaphragm, through breathing. This is an incredible benefit.
I improved my flexibility
From the age of 20, I practiced a lot of sport (cycling, running, skiing, etc.), sometimes in competition. I came to yoga at age 50, to counter emerging stiffness and improve my flexibility. But I achieved much more: I found a level of performance that I hadn't had for a long time. I recover faster. And that, “only” thanks to my daily practice of yoga as you teach it, with this very particular breathing. It can be explained physiologically and there, I experience it fully.
