During the course, you have access to the drawings of the sessions on your screen. This additional support is a help for some and a security of having access to all the instructions for the practice. This gives you the comfort and opportunity to follow this online course in the best conditions to experience a real moment of centering beyond the physical and physiological benefits of the practice. Equipment And environment
The initiations do not require none equipment specific.
These sessions being practiced in line, he you will be necessary have a computer, tablet or mobile phone as well as an Internet connection. If your internet network is not of good quality, we recommend that you do not turn on your webcam during the course.
To fully benefit from the benefits of your session initiation, We invite you to practice in as quiet and isolated a place as possible and to ensure that you are not interrupted throughout the duration of the initiation.
Process of a session
Each session lasts 60 minutes. The teacher open it room online practice session approximately 10 minutes before the start of the course. From this point on, you can log into the online classroom, turn on your webcam and set up your mat.
Five minutes before beginning of the session, the teacher turns on his webcam and is available to chat with you before class through the chat box.
At the end of the session, YOU will have the possibility to change with the teacher if you feel the need.
