This gives you the comfort and opportunity to follow this online course in the best conditions to experience a real moment of centering beyond the physical and physiological benefits of the practice. To ensure your privacy during the sessions, we have chosen a platform that does not allow practitioners to see each other during the sessions.
Practical Physical
Regarding the practice of postures, you should know that in Yoga, we consider the posture according to what it brings us in terms of the spine. The integral Yoga class is designed to nourish you on all levels, during these sessions, you will therefore be led to practice postures which involve the spine in its four dimensions: closing, opening, lateral stretching and twisting. Equipment And environment
Yoga sessions integral ask an equipment specific : a Yoga mat and a strap. If you are used to using blocks and/or a cushion when you practice Yoga, do not hesitate to have them near you during the Integral Yoga class.

Process of a session
Each session lasts 60 minutes. The teacher open it room online practice session approximately 10 minutes before the start of the course. From this point on, you can log into the online classroom, turn on your webcam and set up your mat.
Five minutes before beginning of the session, the teacher turns on his webcam and is available to chat with you before class through the chat box.
At the end of the session, YOU will have the possibility to change with the teacher if you feel the need.
